Our General English Programs are offered with four different schedules. At each level of study there are elective courses offered to allow you to improve your English in every area effectively and quickly. English for Specific Purposes (ESP) courses are also offered in a variety of fields for professionals with a goal of improving their Business English.

The dormitory is located approximately 10 to 15 minutes from the school by foot and includes access to laundry facilities. The dormitory also includes bowling, billiards, exercise equipment, and card lock security. [Code: AD] Dormitory: $700.00 per month One week minimum stay is required. Student House - Another alternative to homestay is student house. A large, eight bedroom house is centrally located, approximately 30 minutes from the school by bus and operates much like our dormitory, although on a much smaller scale, which is staffed by a Canadian couple and includes three meals per day, access to laundry facilities, and a private room. Numerous trips are taken throughout the year including New York, Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City, and camping trips to Algonquin Park.

The IH Toronto computer lab is free for use by students anytime and includes Internet access and e-mail. Currently, there are 13 computers available for student use as well as free wireless Internet access for students with their own laptop computers.

IH Toronto is affiliated with University of Toronto's Michener Medical Research Campus.

The IH Toronto Campus is located in a very safe and convenient part of Toronto. The facilities include three student lounges, microwaves, outdoor patio areas, and independent study rooms. In addition, computers with Internet access, and video and audio equipment are all available free of charge for use by students of the school. Free counselling services are available to those students wishing to further their studies at other colleges or universities in North America. Students with valid work permits will receive free instruction on job finding and resume writing.
